Check and image scaling is off. I have this feeling nvidia control panel glitched out and said it was off even though it was on. When i first turned it on, it was at 50% so i think it was actually switched on at 50% even though it said it was off 🤦‍♂️ Oh well, all games now sweet and i know it was nvidia control panel bugging out..
